Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and Salesforce-certified Platform Developer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex application architecture. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing custom Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
  • Implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to ensure solution quality and compliance with best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment scripts.
  • Optimize existing code and perform code reviews to ensure performance and code quality.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, Platform Developer II-level best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedule, Queueable)
  • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Modelling, SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or SFDX CLI
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with managed/unmanaged packages and AppExchange products
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation in Salesforce
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (a plus)
  • Hands-on Salesforce development experience
