Yeshwant has successfully driven end-to-end SAP implementations across industries, aligning business processes with cutting-edge technology to ensure maximum efficiency and value. In addition to SAP, Yeshwant has played a pivotal role in cloud migration initiatives, helping enterprises transition to cloud-based platforms to improve scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. His deep understanding of cloud technologies has enabled clients to modernize their infrastructure, accelerate innovation, and drive business agility.

Throughout his career, Yeshwant has held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as SAP India, Deloitte Consulting (Chicago), EDS (Pune/UK), HighBar Technocrats, Tata Consultancy Services (Mumbai), and Cybertech Systems and Software Inc (Chicago). Yeshwant holds an M.E. in Computer Science and Automation from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication from SGSITS, affiliated with DAVV Indore. His academic journey also includes research in Neural Networks at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Diploma in Business Administration from Washington, DC. He has worked in various industry domains like Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Cement, Textile, PSU, Chemical, Real Estate and Oil & Gas.

Ashish Deshpande – National Head CRM,

He is the National Head of CRM at Almanet,  bringing over 27 years of experience in IT services. Throughout his career, he has excelled in roles such as Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Practice Lead, and Solutions Architect. For the last 12 years, he has focused on delivering key digital solutions and driving significant growth in the IT sector.

As the Founding Director of CloudWiz Consulting, he leads a firm dedicated to consulting, placement services, and niche training in Information Technology. His extensive experience includes a tenure at Accenture’s Digital Practice, where he played a pivotal role in leading digital solutions for Utilities and Energy clients, as well as working within the Communication and Media Industry Group, securing deals worth over $500 million.

In his previous roles, he led the Practice Growth and Delivery functions at Accenture, where he achieved an impressive 330% growth of the India CRM practice in just two years. His expertise in SAP and CRM, honed during his time as a senior consultant in the USA, has also contributed to his reputation for delivering high-quality solutions and fostering repeat business.
